Broadcom will perform maintenance to Cloud SWG Cloud Traffic Controller (CTC) infrastructure on October 03, 2024, at 23:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.
Impact
- During the maintenance period, agents that leverage CTC services will use their last known good response if a CTC lookup fails.
- For newly deployed WSS agents which never had a successful connection to a Cloud SWG data-center, the connection requests may fail during the maintenance period.
- Changes made by admins that impact agent routing will get delayed in propagating to the agents.
