Between 06:27 and 9:07 UTC, Customers attempting to connect to the Cloud Portal in the Zurich Data Center may have been unable to reach it. This issue has been resolved and no further impact is expected at this time.
At 06:27 UTC customers reported encountering a timeout error when attempting to connect to portal.threatpulse.com.
