We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On August 4, 2022 between 20:39 UTC and 20:52 UTC, WSS customers connected via the following sites may have experienced disconnects and/or degraded performance with the CloudSOC CASB service.
This issue only impacted CASB Gateway Interconnect component and all other WSS services remained fully operational. As of 20:52 UTC the issue is resolved and we continue to monitor the service.
We will provide updates as new information becomes available.
