Endpoint Security Cloud Portal Issue


We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.


On November 10, 2023 between 12:18 UTC and 13:34 UTC customers in the Europe region may have experienced portal slowness and intermittent red banners when accessing/browsing via the Cloud Portal.

As of 13:34 UTC, the issue has been resolved and we continue to closely monitor the service. Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality was affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continued to protect devices it is installed on.
