Critical: Cloud SWG Auth Connector Upgrade Required for Customers in China

As previously communicated on February 21, 2023, Auth Connector version 2.5.11006.280360 is now available which provides critical new capabilities relevant to usage in mainland China. Customers with users connecting to mainland China data centers (and therefore Auth Connector sessions to mainland China) must upgrade to this new release before April 15, 2023 to avoid disruption of service for users in China.
To download this version, sign into the Cloud SWG portal and navigate to Identity > Auth Connector.
Impact / Required Action
Customers whose Auth Connectors will connect to data centers in mainland China data, Shanghai (ACNSH1) or Beijing (ACNBJ1), must update to the latest version of Auth Connector before April 15, 2023 to avoid disruption in service in mainland China.
