At this time we no longer have any active IP addresses listed on the SORBS blacklist.
We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
The majority of IPs have been delisted by SORBS and outbound emails are delivering without any issues. The remaining 3 IPs are still blacklisted and we have already followed the delisting process with SORBS, currently awaiting their action.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing issues with outbound emails in the EMEA region being rejected by a small number of companies who use SORBS as their DNS Blacklist. We are aware of this issue and we are working with the DNS blacklist provider to remove our IP addresses as quickly as possible. We have requested delisting and are confident that our remaining IPs will clear soon. All of the Security that Symantec Email.cloud provides is fully functioning. Please note that we do monitor our networks 24/7 for spam and scan all outbound mail from our customers.
