On August 12, 2024 between 13:22 UTC and 13:49 UTC, customer connections using all access methods to the Dublin, Ireland (GIEDU) and London, England (GGBLO) POPs may have experienced decreased performance from the service.
As per our initial investigation, this incident occurred due to an issue with our platform provider. As of 13:49 UTC, the service is stable and we continue to monitor the service. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.
