We have remediated the underlying cause impacting downloads of the BCWF database updates. This incident has been resolved.
We are aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent issues downloading the Blue Coat Web Filter (BCWF) database. They may be presented with a “401 error” message.
We are investigating the cause of this issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
Customers with a saved database for the product will continue to work, updates will not be added.
