We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
Broadcom Engineering is continuing to investigate this issue. At this point, we believe the issue resides with an upstream provider and we are working with them to investigate and address the issue. We will post information here as it becomes available.

Broadcom Engineering has identified an issue resulting in service interruption for all Global Monitoring Targets in uswest beginning at 2024-0527 15:25 UTC. During this time Network Paths targeting Global Monitoring Targets may receive Connectivity Violation & Data Loss events.
