We observed drop in incoming traffic from Visa Directory Server (DS) between 0206 GMT to 0220 GMT impacting both 1.x and EMV3DS transactions.
Traffic volume has recovered fully since 0220 GMT. This appears to be similar to the problem that we experienced on 27 May 2021 and we have opened a priority ticket with Visa support desk to seek a confirmation on the cause of the drop.
