As part of the previously announced migration efforts to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), various WebPulse services will be undergoing maintenance that will conclude on May 31, 2020. During this time various public-facing IP addresses will be retired. If any appliances have been configured to use these IP addresses instead of the hostname, service could be interrupted.

Impact On May 31, 2020, several IPs will be retired, the various services that these IP addresses provide (e.g. database downloads, real-time ratings, etc.) will only be available on the new service endpoints that were previously announced:

Recommended Action

  • Ensure that IT policies are updated to accommodate the removal of these retiring service endpoints.
  • Ensure that ProxySg appliances are using the appropriate domains for WebPulse services.(Hardcoding IP addresses is NOT recommened for any WebPulse service)
