In addition to the previous list, Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG) was also impacted. We are now monitoring the service for stability. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

On December 08, 2025, between 16:40 UTC and 16:55 UTC, customers were unable to login to the portals for the below products:

  • VMware Avi Load Balancer
  • VMware Live Recovery
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Complete
  • Symantec Enterprise Cloud Platform

As of 16:55 UTC, customers should no longer experience any issues. We are now monitoring the service for stability. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
