We have identified an issue which prevents users from downloading the Native Monitoring Point (NMP) installer for Windows. This issue will be addressed in the next deployment (week of Jan 11th, 2020). In the meantime, if you need to deploy new Windows Native Monitoring Points, please contact support@appneta.com and they will be able to get you going.
