Arcot will be performing emergency maintenance activity between 2300 GMT, 24 October and 0200 GMT, 25 October 2020.
During this time, teams will be installing a pair of higher capacity firewalls in response to the service incident experienced on 20 October 2020. Given the nature of the work, there may be some downtime associated with this activity, and so this maintenance window has been planned for the lowest period of transaction volumes for our global customers.
Teams shall be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
