Drop in traffic VISA and Mastercard
We observed VISA traffic resumed at 20:05 GMT and has since been stable. We have raised a case with VISA to understand what caused the issue. If you have any questions, please reach out to support or your CSM.
We continue to see no incoming traffic coming from Directory Server Visa. As a result, Arcot is unable to authenticate transactions. We are monitoring traffic patterns closely and will provide an update in 60 minutes.
We have observed a drop in volume impacting 3DS 1.0 and EMV3DS transactions starting at 18:36 GMT with Visa and Mastercard DS servers. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update soon
