We are pleased to inform that issue identified with one of our internal components has now been resolved and with this, our transaction processing server is now able to process EMV3DS transactions like before. With this update, we confirm that this incident stands resolved.

We confirm that our internal team has identified a problem related to one of our internal application components and they are working on priority to have the service restored. This incident is impacting all EMV3DS transaction processing by our server and all 3-D Secure 1.x transactions continue to be unimpacted.
We shall get back to you with the next update on the progress towards resolution by 1430 GMT.
Arcot is currently experiencing a problem with EMV3DS transaction processing. Incident Response teams have been engaged and are working on it.
Please note that the present incident is not impacting the 3-D Secure 1.x transaction processing and is only impacting the EMV3DS transaction processing. We shall get back to you with the next update by 1400 GMT.
