As previously communicated, and a reminder sent on April 16th 2021, Broadcom has changed the authentication URL for Broadcom platforms from to on March 13th 2021. Customers can begin changes anytime, but are required to complete the changes by or before Friday June 11th 2021 in the production environment(s)

Failure to test and make any required configuration changes in response to the Federated SSO user authentication updates detailed in this notice, and referenced knowledge article, may result in some or all of your Clarity SaaS users from being able to access the service. Any such interruptions to service access will not be considered for your uptime SLA.

We’ve provided guidance on the following knowledge article based upon your Identity Provider vendor.

Service Impact: The service will be intermittently unavailable within the duration of the maintenance.

Details: During this maintenance, the Clarity SaaS team will be updating the environments indicated above with changes necessary to support the Broadcom authentication URL change, and services will be restarted.
