We are aware of an issue with degradation in isolated browsing experience since January 22, 2025, 05:30 UTC for tenants that run on Web Isolation version 1-16-121.

Specifically, video elements may not load, and isolated documents are not presented properly.

We have identified the cause of the issue and will deploy a fix to affected tenants at 10:00 UTC. End users who are actively browsing in an isolated session may experience a tab refresh when the fix is published.
