As of 09:00 UTC, we have resolved the previously reported impact to the Oslo data center. The data center is fully operational and no further impact is expected at this time.
As of 08:48 UTC, the Oslo data center is unavailable. All active customer connections to the Oslo data center were redirected to another geographically close data center. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
