Broadcom is committed to providing a unified platform to communicate service availability and proactive notifications of maintenance activities for our software products.

As part of our improved product portfolio, there has been a consolidation of the Symantec Endpoint Security products and we are updating the Endpoint Security Service Status to reflect these changes.

The following changes will take effect on 4th January 2021:

• Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise will be created as a new component with the following sub components:

o Cloud Portal o Device Enrollment o Anti-malware protection o Cloud Connect Defense o SEP Mobile

• Symantec Endpoint Security Complete will be created as a new component with the following sub components:

o Cloud Portal o Device Enrollment o Anti-malware protection o Cloud Connect Defense o Application Isolation o Application Control o Endpoint Detection and Response (CDM) o Active Directory Defense

• Cloud Workload Protection for Storage will move under Cloud Workload Protection

• Cloud Workload Assurance will move under Cloud Workload Protection

The following components will be removed:

• Integrated Cyber Defense Manager • Endpoint Security • Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation

Note: Endpoint Protection Mobile will not be impacted by these changes and will remain as is.

No action is required as your subscription will be automatically transferred across.
