Broadcom will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade DX App Synthetic to the latest version on May 18, 2026. This upgrade includes new features, performance improvements, and critical bug fixes to enhance overall stability and functionality. The maintenance window is scheduled for May 18, 2026, at 05:00 UTC and could last up to 30 minutes.
Customer Action Required – IP Address Changes
As part of this upgrade, we are transitioning to a new infrastructure provider. As a result, the IP addresses of some ASM stations will change.
If your environment uses IP-based firewall rules or allowlists, please update them to whitelist the following new IP addresses prior to the maintenance window:

IPv6

During the maintenance window, there will be brief outage (approximately 15 minutes) in the scheduling of monitor checks and UI, assets from some monitoring locations may not be available.
