  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your production and non-production Clarity SaaS applications. Performance may be degraded during the duration of the maintenance. Production Jaspersoft reporting will not be available during the entire scheduled maintenance duration.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
