This issue was resolved at 03:30 UTC and after closely monitoring for more than an hour, we have not seen a recurrence of performance issues. Normal performance has been restored.
Customer connections to the Shanghai data center may have experienced decreased performance or disconnects from the service. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
