Email Encryption Portal Maintenance (Zix Corp)

As a reminder, please be advised that our encryption provider Zix Corp, providers of our PBE_Z service, will be performing maintenance on the Secure Email Encryption Portal infrastructure. This maintenance will begin on June 3rd 2018 at 02:00 UTC and will be completed by 02:30 UTC.
To ensure there is no service disruption, it is critical that customers ensure they use key exchange algorithms and browsers listed here when accessing secure email encryption portal. Please note that post completion of this maintenance, end user recipients that attempt to access the secure email portal with a browser that does not support TLS 1.2 will get a "connection refused" message. This change is necessary to improve security and is also a requirement for those customers that need PCI compliance. All other aspects of our services will function as normal.
