Please note that in order to resolve several recently identified issues the previously scheduled Patch 2 deployment will be updated to deploy Patch 3 instead. There are no changes to the previously provided schedule. Updated documentation for the additional, resolved issues will be provided early next week.

  • Schedule: The upgrade will be performed at the start time listed in this maintenance announcement below. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Service Availability: Access to ConnectALL SaaS environments listed below will not be available for the duration of the maintenance.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update ConnectALL SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

You may review the list of issues resolved as part of this maintenance activity by reviewing the Patch README Files - ConnectALL Release 4.0.3 Patch 3 which will be available on January 19, 2025.
