We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. Customers should now be able to browse the Broadcom.com domain.
We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
A workaround has been implemented and the customers using WSS Agent and the IPSEC Tunnel will now be able to browse to the Broadcom.com domain.
We are continuing to investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available. All other aspects of the service is functioning as normal.
