    The Clarity SaaS team will be performing scheduled monthly maintenance activity as listed below.

  • Schedule - Start time: April 8, 2022 at 18:00 UTC - End time: April 9, 2022, at 06:00 UTC

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your Clarity SaaS applications

  • Details: The below disruptive activity will be performed during this maintenance:

    CHG0597629 - Database server patching CHG0597642 - EFS separation of production and non-production US1 CHG0597631 - EFS separation of production and non-production CA1

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete: - Login to each of your non-production Clarity SaaS applications - Resume all paused schedules
