Cloud SWG Announcement: Policy-Based Routing service maintenance August 29, 2025 - September 16, 2025

Broadcom will perform maintenance to the Cloud SWG Policy-Based Routing (PBR) service for the POPs listed below. During this maintenance event, PBR will remain operational:

• Columbia, South Carolina (GUSCO)
• Mexico City, Mexico (GMXMC)
• Sao Paulo, Brazil (GBRSP)
• Hong Kong (GCNHK)
• Singapore (GSGRS)
• Taipei, Taiwan (GTWTA)
• Tokyo, Japan (GJPTK)
• Ankara, Turkey (GTRAN)
• Dover, England (GGBDO)
• London, England (GGBLO)
• Tel Aviv, Israel (GILTA)
• Dammam, Saudi Arabia (GSADA)

Timing

The maintenance window will run from August 29, 2025, with a completion date of September 16, 2025. All maintenance will occur between 18:00 and 06:00 local POP time.

Impact

During the maintenance window, active sessions may have to re-establish and users may have to reload web sites.
