Between September 5, starting 22:06 and September 6, 14:42 UTC, FedRAMP customers connecting through Portland (FGUSPO) and Washington (FGUSAS1) sites would have experienced connectivity issues. Our engineering teams identified the issue and a fix has been put in place.
As of 14:42 UTC, we are no longer seeing an issue. We continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide an update as soon as new information becomes available.
