Broadcom will perform maintenance to the following Cloud SWG Services:
- PAC File Management System (PFMS)
- SCIM Service
- Self Managed Certificate (SMC)
- Cloud Portal
Timing
The maintenance window will begin on May 30, 2024 at 23:00 UTC, lasting for a duration of 4 hours.
Impact
- Users may experience Self-Managed Certificate (SMC) service disruption during the maintenance window. Real-time traffic filtering will be impacted for customers using SMC service
- SCIM service may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window
- Portal may see intermittent connectivity issues with SCIM
- User and Group synchronization will not be available, but existing user and group information and policy will continue to work
- Existing authenticated portal sessions possibly will be terminated. Administrators must re-authenticate to the portal
- Active log download sessions may experience a brief disruption, which can be resolved by restarting the download
- The portal might be intermittently unavailable.
- If you use Management Center jobs to update Universal Policy Enforcement (UPE) policy, the connection might be terminated and re-established. UPE policy push will be intermittently unavailable
- The PAC file management system may experience a brief disruption
