We continue to work on processing the remaining backlog. Customers in the the US region could receive partial results on search queries where searches may be run against unhosted indexes. The search could receive 90-95% of the data however some data may be missed and customers may get a response from the service that the data search has not been completed. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

As of December 19, 2024 at 06:00 UTC, Carbon Black Cloud customers in the US region may have been experiencing issues searching for events and alerts on the 'Investigate' page on the Cloud Portal. As a result, customers may notice search query in a hang state or returning only partial dataset. Note that there is no loss to data as a result of this incident.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working on a fix. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
