We have resolved the underlying issue causing delays with the Management Portal. This incident is now resolved.
We continue to work on remediation for the Management Portal degradation issue. We will provide an update on February 12, 2020, at 14:00 UTC or when as new details are discovered.
We are experiencing delays with the Management Portal. Customers attempting to use the Management Portal during this time may experience delays during login and when performing actions. We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
Please note that no other Symantec Secure Access Cloud functionality is affected.
