We have confirmed the fix has fully propagated throughout the service. The previous reported concern with UPE customers unable to enforce and filter rules has been resolved. The service is restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
As of approximately 15:50 UTC, we are applying a fix to restore service. Some customers may continue to be impacted while the changes are propagated across the global infrastructure.
Our engineers continue to be actively engaged as we work towards full restoration. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
Universal Policy Enforcement customers may be unable to enforce custom policy and filtering rules. We have identified the cause of this behavior and are working to remediate this issue. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
