We are aware of Messaging Gateway customers experiencing the following issues:

• New customers are unable to register with the backend • Existing customers are unable to upgrade or change registrations with the backend • Rulesets not updating. Customers may get an alert that rulesets are out of date

We have identified the cause of this issue and working on a fix. We will provide further updates as new information becomes available. Note that there is no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our services remain functional.
