Between 4:45 AM UTC and 4:57 AM UTC, users were unable to successfully log in to the product. During this time, login requests were failing.
The issue has since been mitigated, and login functionality has been fully restored. Our engineering team has identified the immediate cause and is continuing a detailed review to implement any necessary corrective and preventive measures.
