  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update Clarity SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

  • Action Required: None

    NOTE: This patch will be applied to your Production environment during the previously scheduled 16.4.2 upgrade for which you will receive a separate notification.
