On January 7, 2021, at 19:30 UTC, Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing planned maintenance of Intelligence Service/WebFilter Threat Explorer for a duration of 1.5 hours. Symantec Threat Explorer will be undergoing brief maintenance to update components related to user handling, provisioning and authentication.
Impact While the actual maintenance task is expected to be instantaneous, customers might experience issues that inhibit them from accessing their Threat Explorer account for the duration of the maintenance period.
