We are currently aware of an issue with North America Denver region SD-Wan Gateway. All VCGs region in the region have Gateway services currently down. Customers who are using these VCGs as primary and NSD may see data plane impact. However, customers' secondary VCGs and secondary NSD tunnels should handle the traffic without any impact.
We have identified the cause and are working to fix the issue. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
