The Oslo data center is now fully operational. This incident is now resolved.
As of 14:18 UTC, the Oslo data center is intermittently unavailable resulting in degraded performance for our customers. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
