We have resolved the reporting issue and the London South data center is fully operational. This incident is now resolved.
The London South Data Center is currently experiencing degraded performance. Reporting is currently down for this site and Policy updates are not being applied at this time. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
