Broadcom is performing Support Portal maintenance starting on December 10, 2022, at 13:00 UTC and completing on December 12, 2022 at 05:00 UTC.


During the maintenance period, the following services will be impacted:

  • Portfolio License Agreement (PLA) – Users will be unable to subscribe to PLA products.
  • License Key Downloads – Users will be unable to generate new license keys.
  • Network Protection License Upgrades – Users can download licenses and perform add-on linkage during the maintenance period, but cannot perform upgrades.
  • Support Portal Site Access Requests – Users site access requests will be processed once the maintenance is completed.
