Between 20:06 UTC 30/04/2017 and 08:43 UTC 01/05/2017 a small subset of customers provisioned on NAM email infrastructure may have experienced outbound connection failures for attempts made to email servers part of Cluster 1&2, 9 and 15 US.
Our engineering team have already identified the issue and taken impacted servers out of service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. There will be no further updates for this incident.
