Drop in incoming Visa transaction traffic
We observed drop in incoming traffic from Visa Directory Server (DS) between 1439 GMT to 1447 GMT and then again between 1502 GMT to 1505 GMT. Traffic volume has now recovered fully. This appears to be similar to the problem that we experienced on 27 May 2021 and we have opened a priority ticket with Visa support desk to seek a confirmation on the cause of the drop.
