As a reminder, forward looking upgrade schedules are published on our Upgrade Schedule for Clarity SaaS page.

  • Schedule: The upgrade will be performed at the start time listed in this maintenance announcement below.

  • Service Availability: Access to Clarity SaaS will not be available for the duration of the schedule.

  • Impact: This maintenance will upgrade Clarity SaaS to the current GA version. This new version will include functionality updates and bug fixes.

  • Action Required: Review the details below to determine any specific impacts this upgrade will have on your configured functionality

    NOTE: This upgrade will include an update to the OData service. While no functionality impacts are anticipated, this functionality should be tested prior to your Production upgrade if you utilize it.
