As of 10:30 UTC, the quarantine release issue has been resolved. This will be the final update for this incident.
After further investigation we have established that the impact includes customers with email quarantine functionality enabled. Quarantine releases, quarantine notification emails and PBE (secure emails) are currently identified as spam and cannot be released. Customers will be able to release their emails once the issue is resolved.
A small subset of customers with data protection rules may have noticed notification emails blocked as newsletter or spam. This issue has been identified and we are currently deploying a fix.
We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
