Symantec will perform a service-wide maintenance of the Web Isolation Service on December 12, 2021. As a part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality and reliability of Symantec’s Web Isolation platform, we will be performing some infrastructure changes.
Impact The service and the management console will be unavailable for an expected period of 30 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes. Following the outage period the system will recover automatically and the service and management access will be restored. No admin intervention or configuration change is required.
