Reruns are currently in-progress, or complete. We expect the majority, if not all, of our impacted customer's cost to be refreshed by tomorrow morning.
A fix has been deployed and engineering is in the process of rerunning billing for the accounts that were affected.
Our engineering teams have identified the cause of the issue and are working on deploying a fix.
We are currently investigating an issue with VMware Tanzu CloudHealth. The CloudHealth cost history is reporting Unused EC2 RI cost as a rounding error. This is impacting a subset of Partner and Channel customers.
