On June 19, 2024, between 00:45 UTC and 15:35 UTC, FedRAMP customers connecting through Portland (FGUSPO1) site may have experienced an issue with Explicit connections and WSSA UDP tunnels. During the incident timeline, WSSA failed over to TCP tunnels and continued to work however, Explicit connections were not operational.
Our engineering teams identified the issue and a fix has been put in place. As of 15:35 UTC, we are no longer seeing an issue. We continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide an update as soon as new information becomes available.
