Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing planned maintenance of Messaging Gateway beginning May 18, 2021, starting at 03:30 UTC, for a duration of 8 hours.

Impact During the maintenance window customers may experience the following:

  • For 8 hours duration of the maintenance window, updates (additions & removal requests) to the reputation systems will not be made.
  • Customers may see Amazon Web Service (AWS) hosts or IP addresses in requests for some time, depending on various local DNS Time to live (TTL) settings.

    All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window. Updated rulesets will be provided up until the start of the maintenance window.
