Update

Impacted customers connected to the PEK1 data center should take the below steps to connect to the Shanghai (SHA1) data center as a workaround.

  • Web Security Service Agent (WSSA): Users are recommended to click on 'reconnect' in order to connect to Shanghai (SHA1) data center.

  • IPSec / Explicit Proxy / Unified Agent / Proxy Forwarding: Customers should take steps to manually update their tunnels to direct traffic to the Shanghai (SHA1) data center.
